Heven't tried the full blended whole lemons yet as I've only got waxed lemons at the moment which will probably do more harm than good, but found the following quite easy to get down:
1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
juice 1 lemon
1 desert spoon whole apple organic cider vinegar
1/3 pint water
(give it a good stir)
The vinegar (as well as being a suberb cleanser itself)seems to help cut through the oil so it comes through in smaller globules and reduces the gag reflex. Do make sure it's the whole apple organic cider vinegar rather than ordinary vinegar to get the benefits though...
Which ever recipe version used I'm sure it would also help to have the same ingredients ingested with a daily salad as well to reinforce the benefits and help acquire the taste.
