I have been making my own version of potassuim broth but have found the Shultze one.(thanks Hummingbird!) It says to use all oragnic but the thing is I can't get all organic and my garden won't be producing for awhile sooo I only have organic Celery and lettuce(but thats not a soup ingr.) and thats all there is. The organic section is tiny, tiny, so how much am I sacerficing my having to do conventional? Have you heard of Ann Wigmore and her way of washing nonconventional produce? I was going to try it but the bit of bleach made me pause. Anyways, maybe I should take extra IF#2 for the pesticides!
