I wouldn't get too concerned about it yet. You just had the mirena removed, so the sythetic progestin s/be out of your body. Until you ovulate it's possible you will not have much of your own progesterone. Unoposed estrogen (estrogen dominance) will tend to give you vaginal dryness/less lubrication and can lead to post sex bleeding. I have seen complaints of it many times on this board. This would be even more likely if you didnt have a period/ovulate while the Mirena is in. Once you have a complete cycle including ovulation this should stop. if you are really concerned about it-or it continues, please do talk to your doctor. Especially since you are trying to get pregnant.
