You have become a real expert lately on stating the bloody obvious. Eating a nutrient rich diet is obviously paramount to long term good health. People come here for the fundamentals of water fasting. I don't think they want to be told that Water Fasting should be used as a last resort when in actual fact it could have major health benefits.
