It wasn't meant to be a joke Brucester, just like your apology wasn't meant to be an apology. You don't understand it cos you didn't see the deleted message, but I did, and the one who wrote it will get it. Buy hey, I am sure they can take as good as they give!

The truth is Brucester, that you were blocked from Water Fasting for acting like a complete knob head*, and all you are doing is trolling here to try and get my attention. You are acting worse now than you were last week. Even in this debate forum with slacker rules, many of your messages are being removed.

Anyway, why on earth would I want to go so low as to talk to someone like you? Over on Water Fasting they are concerned about you, talking about mental illness even. In actual fact I couldn't believe what you were like when you first posted last week. This is a huge change to what you were like when you did your 25 day fast.

If anyone should look at nutritarianism, I think you should. I know what it's like to fast, you don't have any aggression when fasting, and I know how food can affect mood. It wouldn't surprise me if you are eating loads of processed foods with additives, and that's contributing to your problem. Whatever it is, there is a problem with YOU.

And folks, I don't mind reading his claptrap, he's the one full of hate and anger not me. So if you don't mind I'll put him on a text fast and not respond. But be assured I will be having a giggle now and then if I have time to read his posts. "Brucester's war" as it were. A one man war.

If you do sort your head out it would be interesting to learn what your views are on nutritarianism. For me it means eating intelligently, with a view to living a long happy and healthy life. It seems to work for me, how well is your method working?
