I'm doing a coffee enema which I find really relaxing. At first it was weird...but now I really look forward to them because I know what results it will bring. :o) And during the time that I'm waiting (20 min.) Besides the P&B shakes, there are some herbs that are taking throughout the day. I have also changed my diet to only veg. & fruits. (This is really important too) I learned that I don't need all the other processed and refind foods. They do NOTHING for our bodies (except taste good!) But if you wan't to see change...you need to step out in a leap of faith!
