More Plaque!

Well....a whole lot more plaque came out this morning! I find that doing a daily enema in the morning works best (for me anyways). I am now DEFINATELY certain that it is mucoid plaque. I can tell by the smell! WOW (I know this sounds really gross, but you can really smell the toxins and poisons....and they are wicked and foul smelling!!!!!!

But what's up with the hair? My hair is getting duller and more lifeless. (It's been an up and down battle with my hair for the past 2 years).

Also, is it safe to keep doing daily enemas if my Electrolytes are low? I have not passed the 3 tests yet regarding my PH (Alkaline level), so I cannot move to the next phase of cleansing. I am only on my 4th day of my 1st cleanse (Mildest Stage too!), and I've gotten so much out already. Just makes you wonder how much more is really inside us.

Any help on my questions would be appreciated!
