For me, I use a flashlight and shine it on what floats. It's funny that for years I never looked at my poop and after finding CZ, and doing some enemas and parasite cleanses and liver flushes, I look all the time. I've read that some use a coat hanger and call it 'potty fishing'. We have to keep our sense of humor about this life we live. :) Omie Tweet
