Did my first coffee enema last night!

Well, I followed my ND's recipe of 12 oz H2O, 1 tsp of instant organic coffee, 1 tsp of electrolyte, and 1 tsp of castor oil. I didn't have any trouble at all holding it in - I am always aware of the H2O because of the larger volume, I guess. Anyhow, I didn't feel a gb squeeze but I did get out a bunch of stones? They were all white and round, about the diameter of a head of a pin. Cholesterol stones? parasite related?

I actually started this quest for health in the first place because I was shedding these white things (unaided by enema) with an occasional fever paroxysm. Sound familiar to anyone? Should I try kicking up the coffee? I see that all of the coffee recipes on CZ are all from ground beans ...
