One of the things that worked more effectively for me with using the Barefoot's, was doing the 4 TB, rest an hour, 4 more TB that he says is a
Hulda Clark method of hitting tapeworms. I've never seen that anyplace else, but it definetly hit big roundworms for me, and I did that about once a week. I also found that using Barefoot's with other dewormers also worked better for me in the first 3 months.
Other Dewormers/Ingredients I've used that worked well for me, but again, it depends upon what YOU are killing, and the amounts for dosages varied for me because of however I tested I needed them:
