Re: i apologize... are salt water mini-flushes safe for long term?

ahm... okay, i'm picking up a kind of stern vibe a bit, here ...i was just asking (because when u don't know something, how will u ever know it if u don't seek it, right?) and... i've already been thru all manner of searching for things that would help me be regular on my own (not dependent).............
i just have to go off the balance of fiber/foods that had just begun to keep me regular because it is imperative that i lose weight right now...
