Hi Cari! I am starting my juice fast today. I have been doing the P&B shakes, but was not using enough psyllium. Today I'm going to increase it to 1 tbs. I just wanted to let you know that someone else is doing a juice fast at the same time.

How many days do you plan to fast? Have you done a juice fast before?
