DMSO, according to what I've been able to learn about it, is very safe.
Seems there's people who have taken several tablespoons daily (orally) for like 30 years and have had no ill effects.

What I do when I take my Miracle-Mineral-Supplement is:

Say I want to take 5 drops of Miracle-Mineral-Supplement .
- I put 5 drops Miracle-Mineral-Supplement in a little glass, then add the normal 25 drops of activator.
- Wait 3 mins.
- Now add 30 drops of DMSO.
- Wait another 3 mins.
- Pour the glass full with water.
- Drink.

You can add much more DMSO if you wish.

(WARNING: don't drink this directly! always dilute in water first)

About the CS nebulising thing, I can't help you. I think Jonsher or was it JAB who recommended this. He will know.
