I couldn't have said it better myself. Like I told Mary 88 everything that works for others may not work for us and the thing is to find what does work and just stick with that. I'm gonna get that soap but I may try some of those cleanses too just too just to clean my self out maybe every 2 months or so, even though I use the Colon Cleanse capsuals after every meal. It's good to see some positive feed back because I must say this is a very depressing forum. Keep in touch, I did send you a private email but it wasn't in the forum. Like I said I may just get those dr. M ingredients and make it for myself so I won't have to send them my money,god bless you and I wish you the best. I willlet you know how it turns out.
