Be careful with the B3 because It makes you itch like hives. I tried it before and had to stop because it made me burn like hives were in my skin, you'll see what i'm talkin about. And for those who try the dr.M make sure you try the unscented one because the lavender and the Cool mist sort of clashes with BO( I know the Lavender did for me) because it has scented oil in it. (and if perfume clashes with our symtoms I guess that's why). The one to use would be the unscented one it has no perfumes or oils in it. Let me know how it goes with the vitamin B3 and have you tried the vitamin D3 three yet for the breath?
