Re: Does enema deplete of friendly bacteria?

But only after a while right?
This would not happen after the first enema? Or am I better off taking some Acidophilus supplements before and after the first enema..? I drink some kefir (from Kefir Grains) already.

How is Yoghurt Enema done? Does it have any side effects? There is not much info found about it.

I can not believe that people who take enemas often do not worry about this issue! And some people take them very often judging by this forum!
Or maybe it does not happen to everybody..?
