Does enema deplete of friendly bacteria?

Just another question from newbie:

Does enema deplete of friendly bacteria (which stops Candida/yeast infection from reappearing)? This is a particular concern of mine, since I had some infections in the past and would prefer to prevent them from happening again...

Sounds kind of logical - if enema flushes everything out of the bowels, it most probably flushes out the good bacteria as well...
