dont know about all your numbers, but for adrenal fatigue start by reading a book by Wilson - I think its called "Adrenal Fatigue, the 21st century illness" - something like that.
for starters, eat low glycemic, no sugar, flour. get plenty of sleep. take vitamin C. I can tell from your email that you are very stressed - you will have to work on reducing that - meditation, etc. all of this is in the book.
