No. I just discovered the gluten intolerance a month ago.

Yes, there is that too and I'm researching.

Btw what are D and B levels?

D is 47 ng/dl. That's after taking 5000 IU of Vitamin D per day for 6 months, so some of us need a lot. Vitamin D Council is now saying optimal range is 50 to 80 ng/dl.

How do you test B levels? Via homocysteine or another way?
