Easier way to test is increased pulse rate
Hi, Moreless!
A very common misconception is that this increased BP and pulse rate is always due to "food allergies" and "food sensitivities".
A common method to test for it is to take one's resting pulse for 10 seconds. More than 3 beat increase to one's undisturbed resting pulse means there is a reaction. The higher the pulse elevates the greater the problem. I have found that this applies equally well to NPN, especially when first getting started with the Moreless protocol.
What a pleasant surprise to find one is NOT allergic to many foods, one has just been fooled into eating poor quality versions of them. Variety is necessary both for health and for eating pleasure!
Those disseminating the false info that this raised pulse is ALWAYS due to allergy/sensitivity are responsible for a lot of unnecessary and unhealthful restriction in the diet of folk whose health actually depends on food QUALITY and VARIETY, NOT FOOD AVOIDANCE!!!
I was one of those who learned this lesson here. To my great delight, I can now eat pretty much ANY food, as long as it is of sufficient quality! At two times in the past, I went for forty days unable to consume anything but water! Went for months only able to tolerate broccoli!
Now I can finally identify with what Solomon said at Ecclesiastes 2:24-25: With a man there is nothing better [than] that he should eat and indeed drink and cause his soul to see good because of his hard work. This too I have seen, even I, that this is from the hand of the [true] God. For who eats and who drinks better than I do?

Keep seeking abundant life and joy!
