How do you know you are still dealing
with the Listeria?? It could be that
you are experiencing a Herx reaction
or cleansing reaction from everything
you are taking, especially the oil of
oregano, olive leaf, and grapefruit seed
extract. You might consider backing off
of the supplements one by one and allow
your system to integrate the shock of
getting sick in the first place. I like
the idea of some probiotics too. The
gas you are experiencing could very
well be parasite die-off. Its a common
symptom.
