I have read allot about CE's but haven't done them yet. Well haven't done the enema thing yet but bought a bag at the drug store, first time I've been in a Walgreens in a long time. LOL

Funny huh don't put the coffee down the hatch BUT put it down the butt tube! Just goes to show where you put it really matters!! Guess I will have to go buy some organic coffee!!!!!
