sparring is great fun

tha tis so great// i love to spar folks without egos tah are there to help sharpen each other.. and spaarring is so differetn form kata
one is buildign body memory and the other is quick response.. like i don't knwoyour systems but say you pull back fist to waist in kata to build power/ etc disciple techniques and form and prtection/ready
in free from sparr youwill never do that as youwell nknow... now youar ein action mode!! 8)
btw use a tree out back and practice just kicking it gently (can wrap a carpet remenat around it..) to buidl up technique/ jstu touch it in certain area slwolyand pull back.. too me a year of doign that to build a highly controled temple strike kick.. whic i rarely did around opthers caus e it was jstu too tempting fo rthem to try i t and without control they coudl kill soem one *(
btw i saw a show on other niight/ they measure lbs per sqinch a kick delivers under control... was 1000 lbs!! per sq inch far mor e impact than you woul d evne get ing a 40 mph car wrreck !
evne the maartial artists participate d in the experimetn were astonished and mad ethem repsec teven more hte responsibility o fhavign tha tkinda power..
i knwo i willb abble at youforever about martial aaarts it was a true apssion in my life 8) and i will alswys be movign for ward to regain the ability to get mysle fback up tto tho se lvls again
