Re: Wen EDIT
The first two
Liver Flushes I did, I used
The Clark Flush instructions, and didn't know the importance of killing
parasites like she says prior to liver flushing..and got SO sick in the middle of the night- both times. Gallbladder surgery had been a year prior, and my liver was continuing to get worse all the time. Felt like I had a football in there. I couldn't ride in a vehicle without it really hurting either.
After starting a
parasite killing herbal product, I started seeing lots of
parasites in the toilet, namely flukes in all different stages to begin with. One of the instructions Barefoot used to tell people that got his dewormer, was to do a
Liver Flush 5 days to a week after starting the dewormer. Even getting as sick as I did with the prior liver flushes, I knew I had to. I had also started with the Alternative Dr just prior to starting myself with the
parasite killing/liver flushing, and he had gotten me started first with colon cleansing (thank goodness). And, he also had instructions for liver flushing--the same coke flush instructions I had gotten off of CZ that were originally from a guy that used to work with Schultze (Sam Biser). It was a modified version of the original coke flush--which had called for double the amount of ingredients :(
Along with the coke flush instructions though, the Alternative Dr also included the Clark instructions for using the
Epsom Salts 2x prior to flushing, and 2x the next morning after taking the flush ingredients. As large as my stones have been, I would rather know I've had the epsoms, which don't just clear out the colon, but they also help relax the bile ducts for the stones to be able to pass through.
I do also take some phosphoric acid like called for in the coke flush for prep, but usually just one dose of it. You'll hear that it also relaxes the bile ducts, but the purpose on the Kelly flush, and Biser flush instructions say it's for softening the stones. I did drink the apple juice for 3 days prior, for the malic acid to also soften the stones, but after having the
food sensitivity test and so many salicylate foods being high on it, I started using the malic acid daily instead, and I put the phos acid in water.
I have no doubt that I would not be able to get the flush ingredients down, nor keep them down, without the coke in the mix. I know it's not the healthiest thing to be drinking, but the 4
oz in the mix really does help to settle my stomach with the flush ingredients.
Especially if you have been killing parasites, and/or candida, they will plug up your liver. The flukes are bad enough for plugging up the bile ducts, but I also found dwarf
Tapeworms (which love lead and live off of bile--that's Newport's input)..and they plug up the bile ducts. And I had
Ascaris in my liver. And those are the visible parasites. Both Clark and Beck talk about the bacterias also causing the stones- but the Herpes family viruses also hit the liver (epstein barr, cytomegalovirus, herpes simplex etc). EBV was found in a blood test by the MD's, and it and CMV were confirmed with the biofeedback computer testing and muscle testing.
Plus, the herbicides I hit it with were still found to be high in a bunch of my organs just a few months ago- and radiation, and chemicals, and vaccinations- and the high Lead level was found in the urine test--and, and, and. I have no doubt that the liver being so backed up for so long, has also caused toxic copper build up. I have been more toxic, and more sick than I've had a clue for a long time.
For me,
Liver Flushing has been one of the most important tools. Parasites/bacterias/candida will continue to be able to live in a congested/toxic liver too.
I think what Hulda says in her book is a good description of a liver with stones in it...it's like trying to run water through a hose that has gravel in it. She considered it an important tool with the parasites/toxins too.
More than once, I've had to give myself "pep talks", to do things that weren't the most fun to do. At times,
Liver Flushing has been one of them..and yet, after seeing time and again what has come out of me after doing them, it has made the effort/discipline worth it.
Like Hulda says too, it's going to take more flushes than just a few. What is it she says? 2000 stones? I don't count stones, nor flushes- I just know from my liver telling me when it needs to have them moved out of there.
