God created all people to be free, including the North Koreans. But because of evil and corruption, most people do not experience that freedom.
The USA has a very strong history and tradition of Christianity. Many of the "offensive" signs and symbols that are now being removed under duress are historical and a part of that tradition.
The freedom of our country was a freedom from coersion and forced religion, for example that the only approved religion be Catholicism, and anyone who believes otherwise is a heretic. Not a freedom from being exposed to a bunch of Christian symbols and ideas. So you are free to believe whatever you want, and tell people about it, but not free to "be offended" and demand others keep quiet and keep their religion inside their church. And that includes people's freedom to express their religion in their lives, workplace, schools and government.
