I posted the recipe in the first post..and actually I think it is listed also in the second post!
You combine the olive oil, coke, and lemon juice..
This is a very effective flush..the coke acts like Roto Rooter, which is a drain cleaner if you are not living in the US and the coke also curbs the nausea.
If you mix it all together it is a very effective flush.
I am very eager to do one...
But want to talk to someone first who has used Epsom Salts internally while taking at least 5 drops of Miracle-Mineral-Supplement a day.
Have any of you tried that?
