I know what you mean by foods...I go with this philosophy...
If it does not have a mother - I will eat it :) I am mostly vegan.

Also non processed - as nature intended it - organic when possible and nothing in excess.

I stay away from soy.

I eat what my ancestors ate - no fad diets...

IF you eat a good variety - and natural - one won't have to worry too much about estrogenic activity.

Flax for eg is supposed to be estrogenic (so I have read) but 1 tbsp flax meal in a smoothie is OK.

Also these phytoestrogens would be much better then the stuff you get in bad drinking water or what happens when your liver is not functioning well..

Just some thoughts...
