Re: back pain esp much low back pain since 2nd liver flush and clots during MC -uterine fibroid or liver cleanse related?

Hi! I just want to share my experience.

I am 54, perimenopausal. I began the Liver Flush about 9 months ago. I have done at least 15 in the way of Dr. Clark recipe. I began recently to do the egg yolk cleansing that I found in this Forum.

I have a very large myoma and many other smaller. The doctors wanted a surgery but I said no. I have gone through different disconfort and pain in the body which I have always adscribed to the cleansing. I used to have HUGE clots, like little stakes, and many of them. Very painful and flooding periods. After the first Dr. Clark flush they disappeared. I used to get very swollen but now everything is becoming little by little better. I do kidney cleansing by eating a lot of Watermelon and pineapple - I mean, a lot. One whole thing in one morning or so.

About a year ago, my periods began to be every three weeks instead of every four. BUT, this month it took almost the four weeks to come and I have seen only drops you could say. Almost no pain, you could say. I don´t know if I finally am arriving to the menopause face.

I have also done some enemas. Now I am not seeing but a few stones. I stopped doing the big flush for about a month because I was kind of feeling sick. I think I will do it again this Sunday. I live in Mexico, in a tiny town where there is not much available in the way of substances or herbs, so I have to do with whatever is available. I saw the Iodine info, but I am afraid to try it because it could upset some important balance I think. I have also been doing the castor oil packs.

I am sorry my post is so unorganized but it would take a long time for me to formulate a good looking message and I know I would come back to send it. The important part for me is to share with other women my experience, which I think has been a success, but one has to be serious in the intent, eat rightly and all that.

I think somethings else that has been beneficial is that I am trying to make changes internally as person, you could say spiritually, but I would say involving everything, trying to live rightly, being a good and trustable person, trying to find balance and probably all works together. I have been doing it through Buddhism as a guidance, but I am sure any faith is goodness.

My only problem has been that I haven´t been able to confirm which foods are really the ones that have estrogen and which are inhibitors. I am not looking for products to buy but foods to eat. Pepper, avocado, honey, tomato... and other things, in one place they say you can eat, in other say you can´t. I have been restricted to the ones that seem 100% safe in the different informations, making an exception here and there once in a while.

well, I wish you well. To do the cleansings to let your body heal itself I think it´s necessary to trust and to be brave and to be willing to do the work. One learn along the way with the experience, one knows the body in this way little by little.

THIS IS THE BEST WEB SITE I HAVE EVER FOUND about health. All so trusting on the judgment of the people. Thanks so much to whoever started it and to all the people who support it.

Until next time.

:-)
