transit for singing?

do i have any transit that will be a good time to go looking for some musical partners. i need a bigger circle of musical friends to inspire and grow with. i just don't know where or when to take action. i am still polishing my skills. so i am alone singing in my room...lol!! that can't go on forever! lol!!
