Besides even if there where measurable, more then trace amounts of carbonic acid ,so what its balance your after, if you eat a healthy balanced diet a minute amount of acid is not only harmless but part of the acid base equalibrian we are looking for any way!

Is an apple dangerous because it has malic acid in it??
