this has been true and building for decades. the state owns all children, unless youre rich and elite. brittany spears should have had her kids removed like anyone else in her position, not given pass after pass.(actually they should butt out of ALL family affairs altogether except when real crimes are commited)

how did this happen? because it slowly built up and the majority is still not effected. they figure it isnt them and that anyone involved with them must be scum anyway. same reason convicts are never given any respect. its a business with a bottom line to achieve.
