One of the problems I have is that being asian, I love soybean juice. So I drink it in the morning. soy is great, but chrystalization due to soy is probably on my list of problems..

Cranberry, as much as you can! You also get a great workout running to the bathroom!!

I overtaxed my kidney on the last cleanse, and my kidneys are letting me know it.

I do about 3 glasses of cranberry juice in the morning (diluted 1/2 with water). As far as dried cranberries, I eat them as a snack, right by the computer.. while I'm posting! ;-)

I don't own a TV (it really does rot the brain) but if you are a TV fan, pumpkin seeds while doing the TV thing is great. High in fiber (for those with constipation problems) and a real kidney cleanser..

One of the things I would recommend is probably not doing what I'm doing, but slowly building up to it. Unless you have serious problems right now.

It's fairly hot here in Taiwan, and so downing some Watermelon (I blend it, straight, with seeds, and it is fairly refreshing) it's pretty easy. When the weather is hot, nothing like a good watermelon.. I chug it down as an after dinner desert. It satisfies the sweet tooth, and makes pooping the next day much easier too.

I'm doing about 4 Tablespoons of Pumpkin seeds, about a handful of dried cranberries, 3 - 4 glasses of cranberry juice (but I dilute it, because I think it's a bit too sweet), and get in about a glass or two of Watermelon juice.

Oh, and the obviously but oft' forgotten.. DRINK A LOT OF WATER WHILE YOU DO THIS. I didn't in the beginning, and it was a bit burning when you are peeing out chrystals..

I generally aim for the "clear pee" theory. (Pun included for free) I drink water until my pee is clear. So everytime I run to the bathroom, my pee color tells me if I'm drinking enough water.

MEN!! Be extra careful, if you think you are seriously plugged up with chrystals, go easy! Having some chrystals stuck in the barrel is going to ruin your day!!

I hope others try it and tell me how their results go.

Note about watermelon: It seems as if it's the seeds that really do the trick, and so I like blending, as I just chug it all down, and don't notice a thing. More so than eating Watermelon only.

I will try to drop a little parsley in the watermelon juice when I mix. Should help, parsley, probably the most nutritionally dense vege. I'm sure the taste will ting a little bit, and the color will be gross, but I doubt the taste will be that significant.

Apple, Celery, parsley, carrot. That's probably next on my juice list. Apple for the softening of the gall stones (which is next as far as cleaning), celery, good for the kidney and bladder, parsley, great for everything, and carrot, great for everything as well.

A final note about why adding cranberry is great. Cranberry cleans the bladder as well. A friend of mine (under xray) thought he had a lot of kidney stones. Well, it turned out he only had a mild case of kidney stones, he had a far bigger problem, bladder stones. So guess what the doctor told him? 4 - 6 glasses of cranberry juice a day. 3 months later, no surgery needed. I coughed up a few thousand to get that advice.

There, now you heard it from me, you all owe me $3000 :-)
