Re: adrenal fatigue for sure...but how about my thyroid?

...not here to argue with anybody ,but simply curious as to WHY the adrenal problem is to be fixed 1st as you are already treating/addressing that aspect,right ? So,testing's revealed that the thyroid as well is playing around.
What did "they" suggest for you ?
taking a form of thyroid hormone is NOT the end of the world,your body needs it.
nutrition-wise,you're probably doing everything RIGHT....and we cannot expect things that have been torn down for years to get rebuilt in days.


everything works together the same way you could never construct a house using only nails --
adrenals,thyroid,parthyroid,etc all work together--
google thyroid support to confirm what you're already doing and see what else could get done.

as for me....it's been a very long tiresome road for 8 years now BUT that's "me"--not you as we're all different and tolerate this fatigue,abnormal lab work our own way and deal with it.
