adrenal fatigue for sure...but how about my thyroid?

I am taking meds for my adrenal fatigue, that has been confimred with tests.
I also had thyroid tests from a PRIVATE lab, and my T4 is 814 in a range of 550-3160 and my T3 us 829 in a range of 800-2500.
According to two doctors, my thyroid is low...but can you give me any more information???
The meds for adrenasl are helping, but there is something still really messed up with my thyroid..
I know I need to fix the adrenals first..
But what do these tests show?

Is there something about T4 not making T3? Or T3 not making T4?
I would like to hear from someone who knows about this..
I have researched the internet for many hours and came up dry.
