Thanks for replying.
If you study adrenal fatigue, it is critical to fix that first because if that is out, then trying to fix all the other things first may even make the adrenals worse becasue you body is not supported and strong enough to deal with the other changes.
You can see
http://www.drlam.com
and his expert studies also reveal the same thing...as has my own ND.
Yes, my T3 is low...but my ND is VERY careful to play with my thyroid now because she knows I have the fatigue as has been indicated by the saliva test. I have asked her repeatedly about taking
Iodine and she keeps telling me not yet...but I asked her about Kelp for now to naturally supplement, which is actually really helping since I started the adrenal meds as well.
She told me to keep taking that and we will see about the thyroid in the future....if there is not enought adrenal hormones, there is not enough thyroid...but as I understand it the adrenals are the basis for the adrenal-thyroid-pituitary axis to function properly.
Hope that helps...I am not an expert at all..only read a lot..
I will say that I only started getting better when I started taking
Miracle-Mineral-Supplement ...everything else only made it worse. The combo of
Miracle-Mineral-Supplement and my adrenal meds are working FABULOUSLY.
I hope you find the health you are seeking!
