All very interesting...I wonder if relationships were more difficult on your N. Node line because of the focus on this South Node/North Node axis...like you felt the pull of your south node intensely too - Independence, hard-work, feeling like you don't really neeed anybody...? Maybe....just something that sprung up.

Yeah, I have only taken a train through Germany and I must say (no offense to you German's!) the atmosphere was as you describe. Yes...I LOVE the passion and intensity and funnyness of the slavs. Do you know the Polish artist Stasys? He did a lot of theater poster work in Poland. I actually found an small original pastel of Stasys in an antique store here, where I live, when I got back! Couldn't believe it. I've always loved him...the 'inner-ness' of Eastern Europe just gets me...their Inner world seems so much vaster than the North American inner world...

Anyway...rambling!
