MMS as a first step or latter protocol?

I did a lot of cleansing a few years ago, but had a baby and am just finishing nursing and am feeling in desperate need of cleansing. I started the Body Ecology Diet again on Monday and am already seeing some minor expelling of critters just by not feeding them. I have ordered some Miracle-Mineral-Supplement and would like to try it, but am wondering if I should do a traditional parasite cleanse first or even some colon cleansing first. Thoughts? I'm wondering if jumping into Miracle-Mineral-Supplement is going to cause to much die off and I should try for something milder...or just get to it.
