Stomach noises and movement...

I have not been here for some time.. years... quick question if anyone knows? or can relate? I am doing the humaworm for parasites and was wondering why everytime I eat my tummy goes bonkers? Are the critters eating too? I also had terrible gas from eating fruit... I tried Peppermint tea.. but that doesnt help much. Thanks to everyone on the forum got reading and helping in advance.
