For gas try charcole tablets. I think u have round worms or tapeworms. If the worm is siting in stomach acid it makes noise. It also makes different noise when it likes something or spitting some thing and they eat what u eat and they like anything sweet including fruit.they can live outside the stomach and intestine they make perforations at the throat and when ever u swallow some of the food falls outside they make a path from the throat to the abdominal cavity or they sit either left side or right side of the waist. If u take olive leaf extract it will close those perforations they have made.And people wont die when food falls outside the stomach all u can observe is your have lot body oder and bad breath. you will have bigger problems if mercury is leaching from your teeth. Add fiber to your diet and take something that heals internal wounds like homeopathy arnica, herbal tea like caladula. if possible buy your won olive tree and eat fresh leaves.
