Thanks for your response. I had a saliva magnesium test and I am not deficient but still do take magnesium shots once a month (initially it was every week), take 500mg mag citrate powder ( Epsom Salts cause much cramping even in small doses).
I have been a vegan most of my life (do eat yogurt as an exception last few yrs) so pretty much lots of fruits and vegetables including fiber still very bloated and constipated.
Taking Iodine for the thyroid now...
Just need to sleep and never can do that before 2-3am due to these stomach issues and nothing helps - not probiotics either...
