Re: Regarding neck injury and some comments..
Great answers, Unyquity.
I did find another chiropractor back in December that I was seeing for awhile and I plan to go back to him sometime soon. He's a NUCCA chiropractor so he does use a different technique for the upper neck. No twisting or torquing of the head. I don't think I'm gonna let anyone twist my head around again, but chiropractic is still great in my eyes.
About the liver flush, what's your stance on the flush using
Epsom Salts ?
Also, I used the deep tissue oil twice yesterday in the evening on my neck and it definitely relieved the pain, but several hours later I had some ringing in my ears and I felt a little "gaggy". I also had some weird heart rhythms/pains going on. Today it's not as bad so far. I don't know if it was caused by the formula, or if it was something else (like the fact that I am just getting over a mild flu/fever), but it got me wondering. I've read about oil of wintergreen being toxic in large amounts, or in frequent/excessive uses, so I am wondering if I should use some extra caution in applying it on my neck? I am pretty thin (used to be of a healthier weight, but my bad health caused me to drop about 40 lbs or so), so my arteries and all that are literally right under the skin. Perhaps because of that, I might absorb higher than usual amounts of it? In any case, it definitely does what it's supposed to do. I am in a lot less pain right now.
As for the castor oil, I've been reading a lot of great things about it, so I do want to try it out. Can you recommend a good source of it to me?
Thanks, you've been really helpful. I appreciate it.
