Re: Regarding neck injury and some comments..

Any thoughts? ME? :::wink::: I have more than just thoughts, I have actual solutions!

Firstly, let me say, that in order to achieve the myriad of healing miracles that we achieved by Dr. Schulze & Dr. Christopher, the foundational programs and diet were in place. Schulze says, "the herbs are the roof on the house".

Roofs on a wobbly foundation may or may not 'hold up' and do the same job that they would on a solid foundation. It's when our body is in 'solid balance' or nearly perfect homeostasis... (not being weakened or disrupted by any isolated substances/supplements that it has to constantly expend energy to regain it's natural balance, not having to expend 6 hours to digest a hunk of meat, not having to constantly fight food-poisons or dehydration, etc., etc.,)... that the body then has the time or energy to be able to utilize the herbs and healing protocols most effectively.

That being said, there are many times when the foundation is wobbly that the herbs still work quite well, especially when combined with other healing protocols.

Here's some thoughts/facts for consideration.

--Although you know the damage is entirely ligaments & muscles, there is no way to separate the ligaments & muscles from nearby bones. For example, if the the muscles in the back are strained over & over, they can pull the spine out of alignment, just as an out of align spinal cord can create pain in almost any muscle/ligament or area of the body. The reason I'm pointing is twofold - 1) I doubt you want to see another chiropracter (sigh), but you might want to check for any spinal involvement 2) because the muscles/ligament are very affected by the bones, if you're using phosphoric acid in your Liver Flushing (per Sutter), you should stop using it. Although Dr. Sutter does not agree that such a 'small amount' could possible harm bones or teeth, Dr. Kelley was a dentist (and he used phosphoric acid in his liver flush, as well), and he insisted every one rinse their mouth with baking soda as to not harm their teeth. Phosphoric acid does indeed dissolve bone & tooth enamel (in very small quantities on the teeth, dentists regularly use it to etch away enamel before applying caps), so you don't want your body/bones having to deal with that when you're trying to heal.

--Keep cleansing and working on your diet - and get some Superfood in there to give your body fuel to do the healing work.

--Ample hydration is essential - 1 gallon a day of water and/or herbal teas (BF&C tea would be the tea of choice here)

So, here's what I'd suggest 'optimally' for the area

--Circulation of oxygenated blood to this area is essential. Hot-cold packs and/or hot-cold showers directly to the area in question 2x daily is the minimum I'd suggest.
Hot 2minutes, cold 1 minute, hot 1 minute, repeat hot-cold 5-6 more times, end on hot. This will be extremely effective, and will speed/increase the effect of any other protocol you do.

--2x daily apply Deep Tissue Repair Oil - now that I know more about your issue, I know this essential. The three 'muscle/ligament healing flowers' in this oil (Calendula, St. John's Wort, and Arnica) are all known to heal/support deep tissue damage - the cayenne/ginger/menthol/wintergreen increase circulation, the wintergreen is a strong pain reliever; the wintergreen/menthol are anti-inflammatory.

--2x daily, apply BF&C oil over the Deep Tissue Repair Oil. It works to regrow/restore tissue (due to the allantoin in the comfrey) and to 'decongest' any old calcium deposits that stiffen the tissues (due to the Gravel Root) - there are many more ingredients in the BF&C, but I'm running out time :(

--3-4 daily, 4 droppersful of BF&C tincture or 1 cup of BF&C tea. (We must heal from both the inside and out)

--juice fasting & large amounts of Superfood would be fantastic. 65% of your body's energy is spent in digestion/assimilation and elimination. I'm sure you'd rather have that 65% going to work on your neck.

--And lastly, the thing that might do it all by itself? Nightly castor oil packs - absolutely imperative.

And I think that's all :)

I know the BF&C oil is pricey, but if you're not in a hurry you can make your own. A 4 oz bag of tea is only $12. If you have coconut oil at home, you could add the herbs to the coconut oil, keep them at 90-100 degrees for two weeks, then press it out, and have made your own. You could also use the tea herbs to make a tincture (just put the herbs in a bottle with some 100 proof alcohol, macerate it all in a few days, shake it 2x daily for two weeks, and wallah, BF&C tincture!). Of course, the tincture I have has been 'tincturing' for MUCH longer (in fact, I just checked and I started it last September!)

Questions? Don't hesitate to ask :)
