Re: Great Stuff! Couple of Questions

Regarding the
Epsom Salts (ES) and kidney/adrenal issues...I can only 'know for sure' what happened with *my* body. At a tablespoon per
coffee enema plus 4 tablespoons per flush per week, that's around 11 tablespoon of ES in a week - I did that for 4 weeks. That's over 2/3 of a cup of ES per week. It was more than my kidneys/adrenals could take. The last two weeks, on flush day, my body was "cringing" at every ES dose. Granted, none of us like the taste, but I am TOTALLY "over it" - I don't even use a lemon wedge right after slamming the ES solution anymore. But that flush, every time I picked up the ES glass, my body was almost forcing my hand away from mouth.
Again, in *my* body, I am SURE it was the ES - and that if I had done
Liver Flushes and
coffee enemas without the ES, I wouldn't have been so adversely effected. Your mileage may vary.
Although ES are beneficial to liver flushing, we know Schulze alone flushed over 5,000 livers successfully without them, so for all the 'fear mongering' about HAVING to relax the biliary ducts, it's not really necessary (although again, it obviously has it's benefits).
Do I recommend avoiding
Liver Flushing if the adrenals are weak? Absolutely not.

That is a Google search on "liver + cortisol or adrenaline" - check it out to see in how many ways cortisol & adrenaline effect the liver. You'll see many reference to 'fatty liver' + cortisol, plus many other issues involving the liver and these two substance. We need to get the liver online to help achieve the healing we're desiring. The problem is with 'detoxing' and the adrenals (as I understand it) is that stressing the kidneys with all the poisons & toxins going into the bloodstream, naturally disrupts the adrenals further. For those of us with adrenal issues (past & present), we MUST ensure when liver flushing, that we rapidly remove all released liver debris from the intestines, so it doesn't reabsorb. That's why I was using so much
Epsom Salts (logical me, I didn't want to stress my adrenals by stressing my kidneys with the toxins, so instead I stressed my kidneys with the ES :::eyeroll::: what WAS I thinking?)
I can tell you what I was thinking - I was thinking that I'd put off and ignored my liver ache way too long, and I'd go after it like I was killing snakes (BAD choices, all the way through). I was thinking/believing that an isolated substance as 'simple' as
Epsom Salts couldn't be that harmful (BAD thinking, I knew better, but honestly, I don't think I thought of it consciously, I just wanted to assist my liver flushing).
What should I have done (for *my* body?) --
I should have used MORE
coffee enemas (without Epsom Salts) especially the day after the liver flushes.
coffee enemas not only increase the flow of bile and cleanse the blood of free radicals, they also increase peristalsis enormously while they're being retained (which is how we see liver debris after a 20 minute coffee enema). From gallbladder to toilet in 20 minutes? That's some serious peristalsis!

OR for the '
coffee enema challenged', there's always extra IF#1, or a salt-water flush to remove the liver debris (although they have very minimal effect on the liver, if any - where the
coffee enema is VERY beneficial in 'pushing through' any stones or debris that may be on the verge of coming out).

Regarding Rocky53's turn around of PAD. It wasn't as simple as Cayenne (although that's obviously VERY helpful).
His daily regime (for quite some time) included:
--Raw Garlic 3-6 cloves daily
--Cayenne tincture or powder
--Ginkgo Biloba Tincture
--Red Clover Tincture
--Hawthorn Berry Tincture
--Ample water
--Ample exercise

Liver Flushing & coffee enemas
Red Clover and Ginkgo thin the blood; Gingko & Garlic are fantastic for as "scrubbing bubbles" for the inside of the arteries. Check out this article regarding Gingko and all it's test properties:

Another GREAT thing for cleansing the arteries is Alfalfa; he didn't use that and he's going to start adding more to his daily Superfood (but he doesn't know that yet :::wink:::) to assist with the dissolving the carotid blockage.
You know me - ask a couple of questions, get a novel in reply - 'hope it gave you some good food for thought! :)
