Re: My Dry Skin is Back - What's The Deal?

When I started OPing I noticed a major change in my dry skin condition and an almost immediate change in elbows and heels. I never knew what it was like to have true smooth elbows with out gobbs of lotions or oils. My heals turned into lovely feeling heals and not the scatchy type itch dry scales they had been.

After about two weeks the elbows got scratchy and more painful than originally. skin on my legs and arms got dry and itchy too. I left little white scratch marks on the skin if I scratched. 'Bout drove me nuts! But I did keep up the pulling.

Looking back though it was when I was using the castor oil to tighten up my loose teeth. Once I went back to sunflower oil and coconut oil it seemed to clear on its own. I use sunflower the most only because it is already liquid in the am and less expensive. But use the coconut about a third of the time. I also made sure I stayed hydrated. But it did clear up and now my elbows are really very soft like baby skin with no added lotion or oil other than the Extra-Virgin Olive-Oil I use in the shower. Nothing else needed through out the day.

Quite nice!
