Re: My Dry Skin is Back - What's The Deal?
With all due respect to the other posters here, OP does affect the skin.
Back about 2 years ago we discovered that OP does cause an effect in the skin by it's ability to help those with Keratosis Pilaris (a genetic skin condition of which there is no cure). Since this discovery, many with the condition have discovered it's benefits. My husband included, and another poster who has been on here for years, Kebod.
Personally I have had the benefit of softer skin, especially around the elbows and heels. Many others in the past have contributed posts about dandruff, psorasis and other skin conditions.
I would stick with the oil you initially used for a while, and then switch that after a month or two. No reason to veer wildly back and forth between oils. Take it easy, try one for awhile. Then switch when you no longer seem to get the affects you desire.
There is no doubt that OP helps with the soft tissues of the mouth. For that it's worth it's weight in gold no matter what other conditions you might be aiming to alleviate.
Good luck to you. Keep it nice and steady.
