Recommended juices...Re: Common Sense Healing Steps #1&2: Pure water and fresh juices
Dr. Schulze says you can juice anything you want. It really doesn't matter, except he really does stress the importance of carrot juice. Having said that, though, through studying many of his writings, I have gathered that in reality, he had his "patients" drinking citrus, fruit, carrot, beet, berry, and green vegetable juices on a regular if not daily basis.
I'm a really horrid poet, but because you are showing an interest in
juicing (you'll love it), I just now came up with this little jingle to remind you of what to juice. I'm warning you, it's really bad. lol
Something citrus, something sweet,
Something carrot, something beet.
Something green that you can eat.
Ta da! Told you it was bad. :-) Sweet = fruits and berries; green = green leafy veggies like spinach, lettuce, kale, celery, wheatgrass in whatever combination you can tolerate.
I've got a couple of juices I created to kinda copy the ones you can purchase bottled in the grocery store. One's called Green Goddess (you can call it Green God if you're a guy... geez, I was calling Formales a freakin' princess before he said anything...) and one's called Longhorn Juice because the color reminds me of UT burnt orange. When berries come into season I'm going to make a blood building juice blend and call it Aggie Blood (they bleed maroon, so I hear). I encourage you to try different things and share your recipes if you like. :-)
Cheers!
