Oh yeah, one more thing...

Also, I had a lot of rectal burning sensation as I was having the diarrhea. According to Andreas Moritz in his liver flush book, the rectal burning sensation (while liver flushing) is due to the expelling of toxins from the liver, so, I must have been similarly expelling a lot of toxins from the intestinal tract, which gives me some consolation for all this hassle.
