Ok, I get it now, 15 drops IS too much!

Hi people:

This is now Friday morning for me here, and yesterday I had a gut-wrenching day, literally. Yesterday (Thursday) I took one MMS drink that day consisting of 15 drops of the 28% MMS activated for 3 minutes with 1 full teaspoon of 10% citric acid solution, then added to 1/2 glass of just purified water (the standard Humble protocol), no added juice, quickly dranken on an very empty stomach. Of course, I sucked on the peppermint lifesaver just before and just after drinking the MMS drink. I then immediately drank 3 full glasses of straight purified water. Two hours after that (and still with me having an empty stomach) the diarrhea started, and the diarrhea kept going for 12 hours afterwards. The diarrhea was mostly a lot like when you drink the epson salts for the liver flush, that is, clear-ish water coming out like water pouring out from a faucet. I must have had 20 bowel movements like that. I was also drinking spring water all day, to help flush out whatever was causing the diarrhea. I had some nausea too, and almost felt like vomiting, but I didn't.

I really thought that the 3 glasses of water taken quickly after drinking the MMS drink would buffer/dilute any bad reaction, but I was wrong.

Now, Jim Humble says that the diarrhea is good thing, as it is killing and expelling the bad microorganisms, but perhaps such is also the body's reaction to chlorine dioxide poisoning from taking too much chlorine dioxide, as some here have suggested. Or, perhaps, this is just a classic case of me ramping up too quickly to 15 activated MMS drops too early in the process.

Note that on Wed., I did the same 15-drop MMS drink protocol once just as described above, but there was not as much diarrhea for me back then on Wed. So, I took a strong 15-drop MMS drink once a day on back-to-back days (on Wed. & Thur.)

I would like to discuss here if I was partially experiencing some chlorine dioxide poisoning. Of course, I shall now cut back from 15 to 5 drops of MMS, appropriately activated, still with the 3 glasses of water, once a day every other day (no MMS taken today.)

My question is, could the 15 drops of MMS cause so much diarrhea? I know from reading here that a diarrhea reaction is quite common, but so much of it? 20 bowel movements across 12 hours?? Did my diarrhea reaction also have to do with taking the MMS drink on a very empty stomach?

Is this diarrhea just a healthy detox reaction, or else an unhealthy chlorine dioxide poisoning reaction, or some of both?

It seemed that I was just starting to get some initial benefits from the MMS, but the bad diarrhea experience yesterday has overshadowed any experiencing of initial benefits.

Also, how long can a bad reaction to an MMS dose continue? The diarrhea seems to have now stopped, but I still feel weak & sickly (that would be a logical state to be in when having so much diarrhea.) Today I will abstain from any MMS and take my nutritional supplements, Vitamin C, pre/probiotics, etc. to recover.

Your comments greatly appreciated! I now know I did wrong, and I know that Jim Humble advises against ramping up to 15 MMS drops too soon. I now know that I pushed the envelope too hard too quick, so feel free to lay it on me thick! I pushed the envelope too hard too quick because I was desperate to experience some initial benefits, plus, I wanted to verify that the MMS had not "petered out" (gone weak) on me. From what I have read here, others do this as well, ie, they ramp up to a high MMS dose too soon, and then they get slammed back down by the bad reactions that they then get.
