Re: no wonder my heart was racing! ew!
oh my goodness Rosita you have been doing some *serious* cleansing! wow you must feel completely exhausted! I wouldn't feel bad about not taking your daughter shopping :)
You must be feeling better though? I have learnt a lot reading the responses to your posts.. i had thought not to do a
Liver Flush again for awhile and had not really entertained the notion of enemas but thinking I might now. am taking MSM as a body cleanser and
parasite cleanse (before I re-start my other
parasite cleanse) but am thinking I might do an enema and do another
Liver-Flush next week as lying on my right side is giving me quite severe pain now.
I had a heavenly few days with no pain and boundless energy after the last
Liver-Flush but like they say, a few days and all the stones move down! I am realising how lucky I am to have found this site now before my problems became really bad, another year or two and I'm not sure I would've avoided gall bladder surgery. I am so so thankful.
As for the probiotics, I would say they are a good idea as the
Epsom Salt is pretty heavy on the body and good bacteria is certainly not going to do any harm. It just becomes a matter of how much time you have to take all these things and the expense of purchasing them, but, when it comes to your health I guess it doesn't really matter as long as you're doing the best thing for you.
Just out of interest, is your husband doing any of this? If you have
parasites it's likely he does and you don't want him to give them back to you! I'm interested how you broach the subject with him. My partner has started with it all and is very tolerant and for the most part happy to do it, but there's so much to learn/do I don't want him to feel like it's taking over our lives. anyone else have experience with this?
good luck and may your body start to heal soon!
