Yeah, its definitely necessary to do a water enema after the coffee to get the extra debris out. I was soooo glad I did. The first water enema I did simply emtpied the waste....then the coffee brought the 'debris' with it...then the second water one brought a lot more debris. So yes, very important.

Do you do a salt water flush/epsoms etc all on the day of the coffee enema? I guess it takes up a lot of your day then?

I will try again in a week to give my bowels a chance to get back to normal functioning.

I am going away next week for a few days. Do you think its a good idea to start the parasite cleanse or leave it till the following week? I'm not sure what side effects to expect the first week and I dont want to spoil the break for my husband.
